15. Powers to form technical committee:
(1) The Board may form a technical committee, as required, for the provision of such technical service
and assistance as may be required for the Centre.
(2) The functions, duties, powers and procedures of the technical committee formed pursuant to Sub-section (1) shall be as prescribed.
